Workshops

Workshops are offered for six to eight weeks and are a collection of classes centralized around a particular topic or theme or tailored to a specific group of people.

Workshops are offered at a flat rate fee and include all the classes in that offering. Regular attendance to each class is required as the classes build on themselves. Attending all the classes ensures that you get the most out of the workshop.

Mindfulness Meditation: Calming the Mind and Easing the Heart
