INSURANCE:

Dr. Sierra is currently in-network with Medicare and all CareFirst BlueCross plans. However, Dr. Sierra will be out of network with all insurance plan as of September 1, 2024.

If Dr. Sierra is not in-network with your insurance provider and once she is out-of-network with CareFirst,, she will provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company and you may be reimbursed a portion of what you paid from your insurer.

FEES:

Initial Diagnostic Session: $230.00/60 minutes

Individual Therapy Session: $200/50-55 minutes

Couple’s Therapy Session: $265/50-55 minutes

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATES:

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, effective 1/1/2022, if you aren’t using health insurance to pay for your care, Dr. Sierra will provide you a good faith estimate of expected charges for the calendar year before you begin therapy. She will then update these estimates as the frequency of sessions change or at the start of each calendar year.
