FREE Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Classes
These FREE weekly classes allow the ease and flexibility of dropping into a meditation class when you are able to attend. Rather than all the classes being built around a unifying theme, each class is thematic in and of itself. Sample topics that might be covered in a drop-in class include:

Weekly classes start Monday Aug 5th at 7pm at Jazzercise Fitness Center, 1119 Route 3 N, Suite 208, Gambrills, MD 21054. Space is limited so pre-registration is encouraged, but not required. Class lasts 60-75 minutes.
Each class includes
A brief arriving meditation
Short check-in with students about their practice, questions, etc.
A talk/teaching about the week’s topic
A longer sitting, standing, walking, or movement meditation
Brief reflection
Question and Response
